after a big talk with the office people executed by me, things go back to normal again. though they think its a very small problem, but i can imagine if the problem of jobs delegation is prolonged, it will certainly break up and eventually caught fire.

but when the ducks realize there's too many worms to catch, they still have to ask chicken to come back to the ground!
